To get signed up with personal accounts:

1. Login to Online Banking
2. Click on the Documents tab
3. Click on Change your document delivery method
4. Select Online in the drop down menu and check the box confirming the change
5. Click Submit

To get signed up with business accounts:

1. Login to Online Banking
2. Click on the Reports tab
3. Click on Statements and Documents
4. Select Maintain Document Preferences and update the drop downs for your relevant accounts
5. Click Save
