Araceli, Senior Experience Expert at HQ, was nominated by her peers and recognized as someone who has made a positive impact to the team while being the embodiment of our Recipe for Awesome.
A few notes about why Araceli was nominated:
“Araceli is collaborative with anyone she works with. She stays curious when working. Anytime a task is brought to her, she will do her best to make sure it is done the right way, and if needed, she will ask the right questions to make sure the job gets done. She does the same for her customers as well! Lastly, Araceli is such a genuine person. She is so kind to any and everybody, and truly cares for others.
Araceli’s sparkly and bubbly personality can change the mood in an instant. When I request help from Araceli if she is available, she makes sure she can help to the best of her ability but isn’t afraid to admit it when something is out of her scope of knowledge. This helps the department run more smoothly as she is great at making sure communication is clear to understand, and that there is no confusion. The way she is with customers and the way she carries herself gives customers the sense that at Core Bank, they are cared about and there is someone there to do what is needed to help.”
