Those honored as a Core Code Ambassador are recognized with a Core Code Award when they demonstrate Core Bank’s Recipe for Awesome while making a positive impact on the Core Bank culture. Employees who are recognized receive a special gift and certificate, along with a personal thank you from CEO John Sorrell.
Tami Matousek was recognized as our newest Core Code Ambassador! Tami, Director of Brand & Marketing, was nominated by her peers and recognized as someone who has made a positive impact to the team while being the embodiment of our Recipe for Awesome.
A few notes about why Tami was nominated:
Tami is passionate about Core Bank’s brand through community events, graphic design and communications. She is collaborative and takes the time to support other departments to reach their goals. She will look for solutions to make things work whether it is with planning an event or creating the promotion and implementation of a Core Bank product or service. She is also passionate about the community and works diligently on the committee for the Core Bank Golf Tournament and supporting the Diaper Drive as well as Polar Plunges and supports many other activities. Tami is humble and doesn’t brag about her work, she simply continues to do her best.
