Those honored as a Core Code Ambassador are recognized with a Core Code Award when they demonstrate Core Bank’s Recipe for Awesome while making a positive impact on the Core Bank culture. Employees who are recognized receive a special gift and certificate, along with a personal thank you from CEO John Sorrell.
Adam Emberton was recognized as our newest Core Code Ambassador! Adam, Learning and Development Officer, was nominated by his peers and recognized as someone who has made a positive impact to the team while being the embodiment of our Recipe for Awesome.
A few notes about why Adam was nominated:
In Adam’s nine months with Core Bank, he has made a significant impact and is passionate about Building Better. Adam has jumped right in to improve training, processes, procedures, resources and more. Adam hosts calls weekly to help others build their knowledge and engagement. As a trainer and resource to the team members he serves, he is approachable, helpful, knowledgeable, and passionate. I have never seen Adam in a bad mood or having a bad day, he brings a smile to work daily and is a self-starter. Adam truly lives our purpose and every one of our values and has been a phenomenal addition to Core Bank.
