Customers have the ability to send a text message request for account information. The system provides account balances, transaction history, and further account information. Any phone that has the ability to send and receive (SMS) text messages will work with this feature. The customer must be signed up for online banking to enroll into Text Banking.
Customers can enroll for Text Banking once they log into their online banking profile via the bank website. Once the customer logs in, they will follow these steps:
- Navigate to the “Profile” tab and select “Account Alerts”
- Verify their phone number under the “Account Alerts Delivery Methods” section – The customer will receive a text message security code to complete this verification
- Use the “Text Banking” help section at the bottom of the screen to get started by texting C to 855-206-4100
