Losing your credit or debit card can be a stressful situation, but Centennial Bank can help keep your account safe and secure. Below are some easy ways for you to report a card as lost or stolen or to lock a misplaced card from new purchases.

Report Your Centennial Bank Debit or Credit Card Lost or Stolen

Centennial Bank debit/credit cardholders may report lost or stolen cards by:

  • Calling 1-800-236-2442 (available 24/7).
  • Visit a Centennial Bank branch during normal operating hours (Most Centennial Bank locations can print a replacement on site).

Lock a Misplaced Centennial Bank Credit or Debit Card

If your card is lost, you can place a temporary lock on it by calling our Customer Care Center. Our team members can be reached at 888-372-9788 and are available to help you Monday to Friday 7am – 7pm CT / 8am – 8pm ET and Saturday 8am – 2pm CT / 9am – 3pm ET.

The temporary lock on your card prevents new purchases from being made but your card can still be used to make payments on your auto loan or any additional recurring payment. It is important to remember, if a card is permanently lost or stolen, you will need to report it and request a replacement card.

Disclosures

Certain transaction fees, limitations and requirements may apply. Refer to product terms and conditions or see Bank for details. Replacement fees may apply. Must have Centennial checking account to receive debit card. See Bank for details.
